RENTAL RATES

MONDAY - THURSDAY (BEFORE 5PM)  $100 PER HOUR

3 hour minimum. Hours must include load in and load out.

SUNDAY - THURSDAY EVENING (AFTER 5PM)  $650

5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour.

FRIDAY EVENING (AFTER 6PM)  $900

6 hours: 1hr load in. 4hr event. 1hr load out. $150 per additional hour. 

FRIDAY & SATURDAY DAYTIME (BEFORE 5PM)  $650

5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour 

SATURDAY EVENING (AFTER 5PM)  $1050 

6 hours: 1hr load in. 4hr event. 1hr load out. $175 per additional hour.

SUNDAY DAYTIME (BEFORE 5PM)  $650

5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. $125 per additional hour

Deposit: $300 Day & $400 Evening

Latest event time 1am (Out by 2am). 

*Day and evening events include 1 Security Officer. Additional Security Officer REQUIRED for events over 75 guests ($85)
