RATES & CAPACITY
100 standing. 50 theater style*. 40 seated meal*.
*Additional tables and chairs are required.
Monday - Thursday $75 per hour.
3 hour minimum. Deposit $100.
Friday - Sunday $500.
5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. Deposit $200. $125 per additional hour.
Daytime load out by 5pm. 1 hour required for load out. Security required for day events over 50 guests $85.
Sunday - Thursday $625.
5 hours: 1hr load in. 3hr event. 1hr load out. Deposit $300. $150 per additional hour.
Friday & Saturday $1050
7 hours: 2hr load in. 4hr event. 1hr load out. Deposit $400. $175 per additional hour.
Evening load in after 5pm. Latest event ends at 1am. 1 hour required for load out. Security included for evening events.
Events are booked first come, first serve. Deposit is due to reserve date. Events are held 24 hours, pending deposit. If deposit is not paid within 24 hour hold, the event will be cancelled without notice. The deposit is applied towards final balance. Final balance is due 5 days prior to event date. Credit/debit cards, money orders, and checks accepted. Make checks payable to Coze. No checks accepted less than 7 days from event date. $50 return check fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
Events cancelled MORE than 60 days from event date, 50% of the deposit ONLY is refundable. Other monies paid toward event is NON refundable. Events cancelled LESS than 60 days from event date, deposit + other monies paid are NON refundable. Events may be postponed ONE TIME with transferrable deposit. Postponed events must take place within 60 days of original event date.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverage is permitted, including alcohol. Please see our POLICIES page for details.
